Adenike Olarinko

Founder and CEO

Adenike Olarinko is a passionate and experienced social worker with a strong academic and professional foundation. She holds a B.Ed., PGDip, MBA, and MA in Social Work, and has spent over a decade working in the Children and Family Social Work field. Her career also spans roles as a teacher, special needs educator, and career guidance counsellor—each deepening her understanding of the emotional, educational, and practical needs of vulnerable families.

As a wife and mother, Adenike’s personal journey has been shaped by resilience and faith. Having faced many challenges, she has developed a conviction that children deserve to be nurtured in safe, loving environments because they are God’s heritage. She believes that both male and female caregivers must be supported holistically—emotionally, spiritually, practically, and culturally—so they can raise thriving children.

Adenike is passionate about empowering vulnerable families to thrive and reach their full potential. Through holistic support, she aims to address health inequalities and reduce disparities in social care and justice systems, promoting equitable outcomes and preventing unnecessary family breakdowns and youth involvement in the criminal justice system.

Her leadership is grounded in compassion, cultural awareness, and a deep commitment to community wellbeing. Adenike has coordinated programmes for teenagers and women, offering mentorship and practical support to help individuals grow in resilience, faith, and purpose—reflecting her dedication to nurturing lives both inside and outside the home.

As Founder and Director of Deborah’s Hub CIC, Adenike leads with the conviction: “Healthy Family. Happy Child. Healthy Community.” For her, this is more than a slogan—it is a mission to restore hope, dignity, strengthen families, and honour the divine value of every child.
